I found my "Holy Grail"!

I found my ""Holy Grail" during a trip to Provincetown, Ma. The Hawthorn Barn, which is the original location of the Cape Cod School of Art, was founded by artist Charles Hawthorn. Samuel Brecher, who was my mentor and teacher, was a student of Charles Hawthorne at the Cape Cod School of Art in the 1920's. My brother and I (who was with me on this trip) did a bunch of detective-work. Thanks to information from a local artist that we encountered, we learned that the current school was not at the original location. Using that information, combined with what we found on Google, Wikipedia, and Google Maps, we found the Hawthorn Barn, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It wasn't easy, being on private property at the end of a long driveway and path through the woods and up a hill, but WE FOUND IT!! What an adventure and thrill to walk on this hallowed ground and see this building!!!
